Warranty Policy
Kucera International, Inc. warrants that all services provided under DIR Contract DIR-CPO-6025 will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards and the applicable Statement of Work (SOW).
If a deliverable does not conform to agreed specifications, the Customer must provide notice, and Kucera International, Inc. will make reasonable efforts to correct or re-perform the services in accordance with the DIR contract.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of the services provided under DIR Contract DIR-CPO-6025, returns are not applicable once services have been performed.
Non-conforming deliverables will be addressed in accordance with the Warranty Policy. Any changes or cancellations are subject to the terms of the applicable Statement of Work (SOW) and DIR contract.
